Homologation: Only local regulations dictate the size of this sign. If the car has a Czech registration and license plate, it is governed by the Vienna Conventions of 1960, but with regard to the exceptions of transit countries. This means that the car must be equipped according to local laws, and oversized loads need various permits. In the Czech Republic, oversized loads are required to be marked with 40x30cm signs, but 50x50cm is required according to Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese regulations.
