AUTOLAMP CZ's efforts to protect personal data

Protecting the security and confidentiality of your personal data is a very important area for AUTOLAMP CZ, and therefore our company conducts its activities in accordance with the relevant laws on personal data protection and data security. 3. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Sources and categories of processed personal data 
1. The administrator processes personal data that you have provided to him/her or personal data that the administrator has obtained by processing your order.
2. The administrator processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data 
1. The legal basis for processing personal data is
- the performance of the contract between you and the controller according to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters ) according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, 
2. The purpose of processing personal data is
- processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact) is required. The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to perform it. 
- sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities.

Data retention period 
1. The administrator stores personal data
- for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
2. After the expiration of the personal data retention period, the administrator deletes the personal data.

Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller) 
1. Recipients of personal data are persons
- participating in the delivery of goods / services / processing payments under the contract,
- providing services for operating the e- shop and other services related to the operation of the e- shop, 
2. The Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organisation.

Your rights 
1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:

- access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR, 

- rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR or limitation of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR,

- erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR,

- object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR and

- data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR,

- withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Article III of these conditions.

2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

Conditions for securing personal data 
1. The Administrator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
2. The Administrator has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and repositories of personal data in paper form.
3. The Administrator declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.

Final provisions 
1. By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.
2. The administrator is entitled to change these terms and conditions. The administrator will publish the new version of the terms and conditions of personal data protection on its website and will also send you a new version of these terms and conditions to your e-mail address that you provided to the administrator.

Purpose Limitation 
AUTOLAMP CZ will collect, use or disclose the personal data you provide online only for the purposes communicated to you, unless such disclosure:

- is the use of the personal data for an additional purpose that is directly related to the original purpose for which the personal data was collected,
- is necessary for the purposes of preparing, negotiating and performing a contract with you, 

- is required by law or a competent state or judicial authority,

- is necessary for the establishment or protection of a legal claim or defense,

- is necessary for the prevention of fraud or other criminal activity, such as a deliberate attack on AUTOLAMP CZ's information technology systems.

Communication or usage data 
When you access our website via telecommunications services, communication data (e.g. the Internet Protocol address) or usage data (e.g. information about the start, end and duration of each access or information about the telecommunications services you have used) is technically generated and can be associated with your personal data. If necessary, your communication or usage data will be collected, processed and used, and these actions will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal framework for the protection of personal data.

Exclude from tracking website traffic

When browsing our website, certain data in the form of so-called cookies may be stored on your computer, the task of which is to enable automatic recognition of your computer on your next visit.
