The power resistor for LED bulbs up to 12V/100W is used, for example, to eliminate error messages and in vehicles when installing LED bulbs (replacement for halogen types). Some modern cars have a function of electronic control of a broken bulb, which results in an error message when replacing a conventional bulb with an LED bulb with a lower power. This can be eliminated by connecting a suitable resistor in parallel to the LED bulb.
resistance: 4 ohms
ATTENTION - if it is permanently under voltage, the resistor heats up considerably, so it must be placed appropriately, preferably on a metal surface!
