Description: Two-piece fastening strap with ratchet for securing the load, finished with hooks. The ratchet is an all-metal design with a securing mechanism, strap 25 mm wide and 5 m long. The clamping belt is characterized by a tensile strength of 400 kg and a load of 800 kg. We recommend using protective elements when clamping the load. Without the use of protective elements, the tensioning belt can be damaged. Do not use the tensioning belt if it is damaged! It is forbidden to use straps to lift loads. Tied, knotted and otherwise improperly modified straps must not be used.

Application: Fasten the hook of the free and fixed part of the belt to a suitable place on the loading surface of the vehicle. We manually pull the belt out of the ratchet carrier out so that the belt is completely stretched over the load - this will prevent the ratchet from being "clogged" by the wound belt. Then we tighten the belt with the ratchet lever - the belt must be wrapped around the ratchet carrier for min. 2.5 times. We release the belt by unlocking the latch from the ratchet ratchet - by pressing the spring, and by moving the ratchet lever by 180 ^o to the so-called release position. The belt can then be freely pulled back out of the ratchet.

Caution: Tighten the clamping ratchet so as not to damage the load. Use only your own force to tighten. Never tighten the ratchet with a foreign object.

Maintenance and cleaning: Treat the moving metal parts of the ratchet with a suitable lubricant as required. If the belt is dirty, clean it only with water, do not use detergents or chemicals. The belt may be damaged.
