Product description

This device is intended for lifting only. The jack can only be used on a firm, level surface. Always lock the wheels and apply the parking brake. Use additional supports to support the vehicle before carrying out repairs and other work under the car. Do not overload the jack beyond its rated capacity. Before lifting any vehicle, make sure the jack is in good working order. Do not adjust the relief valve.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Lifting:

1. Use the tapered end of the control lever to close the drain valve by turning it clockwise.

2. Place the jack under the vehicle under the location designated by the vehicle manufacturer for this purpose. If necessary, turn the adjusting screw at the top of the lift cylinder counterclockwise to approach the vehicle.

sans-serif;background-color:#ffffff;margin:0pt;font-size:14px;"> 3. Insert the control rod into the socket (holder) on the jack. Pump the control stick to raise the vehicle to the desired height.

Startup:

WARNING: LAUNCH THE VEHICLE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY!!! TURN THE DRAIN VALVE COUNTERCLOCKWISE VERY SLOWLY!!!

1. Pull the control rod out of the sleeve (holder), place the tapered end on the drain valve and slowly turn the drain valve to release.

NOTE: DO NOT TURN THE DRAIN VALVE MORE THAN ONE TURN (360°)

2. Once the vehicle is completely lowered, set the jack aside. (If the adjusting screw at the top of the lift cylinder has been pushed out, screw it back into the cylinder by turning it clockwise.)

Topping up the oil

1. Place the jack in a vertical position.

2. Lower both the pump and the lifting cylinder.

3. Pull the rubber cover off the jack.

4. Only add QUALITY HYDRAULIC OIL. (Fill to the bottom edge of the filler hole.) Remove air from the system, as described below.

5. Put the rubber cap back in place.

6. Lubricate the pivot joints and the adjustable screw regularly.

 

Removing oil from the hydraulic system:

sans-serif;background-color:#ffffff;margin:0pt;font-size:14px;"> Sometimes air can get inside the jack, reducing the lifting efficiency. Bleed air from the jack as follows:

1. Open the drain valve, pull out the filler cap.

2. Pump the control stick quickly several times.

3. Close the drain valve, put back the filler cap. The jack should now work normally, if not, repeat the process.

CORROSION PREVENTION:

Keep the piston, pump and adjusting screw in the fully lowered position when the jack is not in use. Do not store the jack in damp conditions. If the piston, pump and adjusting screw get wet in any way, wipe them dry and oil them.
